Are the cars insured?

Yes, all of our vehicles are insured (mandatory). You also get the option to completely buy off your deductible.

What payment methods can you use to pay with us?

When you reserve a car on our site you pay a small deposit. When you pick up the car, you pay the rental amount, deposit and any additional insurance.

How do I rent a car?

You can just easily make a reservation for a rental car on this website.

Can I still change my reservation to another car?

Yes. If you want to change or cancel your reservation, send an e-mail to info@veiligautohurencuracao.nl or call +5999 5160629

Where can I pick up and return the car?

We have 4 locations on Curacao where we can bring your rental car. See the locations page for this

You can also make an appointment with us for another location to your liking.

What should I do if the car breaks down?

If there is a problem with the car, please call us immediately at +5999 5160629

When can I contact you?

You can email us 24 hours a day atinfo@veiligautohurencuracao.nl and app us at +5999 5160629

You can call us from 8 a.m. Curacao time at +5999 5160629 (in Curacao it is 6 hours earlier in winter and 5 hours earlier in summer than in the Netherlands).

Is there navigation in the cars?

In Curacao you can use the free app maps.me

When you download it on your phone you can download the entire map of Curacao for FREE and you can use the naviagtie of maps.me offline (no internet required)
