Dezember)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Weihnachten wird auf Cura\u00e7ao nicht nur am 24. und 25. Dezember, sondern auch am <strong>26. Dezember<\/strong> gefeiert. Dies sind offizielle Feiertage. Viele Gesch\u00e4fte und B\u00fcros sind geschlossen oder haben ge\u00e4nderte \u00d6ffnungszeiten.  <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Ein wichtiger Bestandteil von Weihnachten auf Cura\u00e7ao sind die <strong>vielen Gottesdienste<\/strong>. \u00dcber die ganze Insel verstreut finden an Heiligabend und an beiden Weihnachtstagen Gottesdienste statt, oft stimmungsvoll und musikalisch, manchmal sogar unter freiem Himmel. Auch Touristen sind willkommen und die Gottesdienste werden regelm\u00e4\u00dfig in mehreren Sprachen abgehalten.  <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Punda und Pietermaai<\/strong> sind am Abend besonders lebendig. Hier finden Weihnachtsfeiern in kleinem Rahmen mit Musik, Essen und oft <strong>einem Pagara-Feuerwerk<\/strong> statt, mit dem das alte Jahr symbolisch &#8222;verabschiedet&#8220; wird.
